Winter has Arrived……
As the Almanacs suggest, we are now in Winter….
For our bodies this means less light, warmth and lymphatic movement…for some a reaction to this is to go for the comfort foods of sugar and satisfying stodge, though this only compounds the tightness of our bodies further
A gentle tip to support at this time is to begin the day with a glass of warm water, a pint if you can, make that a routine, it will support in freeing the lymph and hydrating your cells
